Why it's in the range

When you lose weight, some of what you lose can be muscle. Eating enough protein and doing regular strength work are the two habits that protect it most, and Build makes the first one easy.

Each scoop gives you 25 g of protein, about what you'd get from a palm-sized chicken breast, plus 3 g of creatine monohydrate, the most researched form of creatine.

What it does

  • Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
  • Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use it

Mix one scoop with 250 to 300 ml of water or milk, once a day, with breakfast or after training. Keep taking it on rest days: creatine works by building up in your muscles over three to four weeks.

Good to know

  • Contains milk.
  • Not for anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor agrees.
  • If you have kidney disease, check with your doctor before using creatine.
  • Creatine draws water into muscle, so the scale can go up slightly in the first weeks. That is water, not fat.

Questions about Build

Is creatine safe?

For healthy adults, creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements available, and 3 to 5 g a day is considered safe. If you have kidney disease, speak to your doctor first.

Will it make me bulky?

No. Muscle grows slowly, and only with consistent training and enough food. Build supports the training you do; it doesn't change your shape on its own.

Can I take it on the weight programme?

Yes, most members can, and getting enough protein is one of the habits your coach will work on with you. If your doctor has given you specific dietary advice, follow that first.

Build is a health supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
