Healthy ageing, measured and planned
Know your numbers, then do something about them. A blood panel, a doctor who explains it in plain language, and a 12-month plan for strength, sleep, heart and metabolic health.

What we measure
Your baseline panel usually includes:
- Full blood count
- Cholesterol and other blood fats
- HbA1c, your average blood sugar over about three months
- Kidney and liver function
- Thyroid function
- Vitamin D and iron stores
Plus blood pressure, waist and a simple strength check you can do at home. Your doctor may add or remove tests based on your history.
What the plan focuses on
- Strength: keeping and building muscle, which protects your joints, balance and blood sugar
- Fitness: getting a little more out of breath, a little more often
- Sleep: a regular window you can actually keep
- Food: enough protein, more fibre, less of what your bloods say to cut
- The basics: blood pressure, alcohol, smoking and stress
Your year
- Month 1: baseline
A consult about your history and goals, then your blood tests at a lab near you, then a second look at the results with your doctor.
- Month 1: your plan
Your coach turns the results into a 12-month plan, starting with the two or three changes that matter most for you.
- Months 4, 7 and 10: doctor reviews
Progress, any symptoms, and whether any test needs repeating sooner.
- Every month: coach check-in
What you did, what got in the way, and what to try next.
- Month 12: retest
The same panel again, compared side by side with your baseline, and a plan for year two.
No anti-ageing injections
We don't sell anti-ageing peptides or injections. The things with the best evidence for ageing well are less exciting: keeping muscle, sleeping well, managing blood pressure and blood sugar, staying active and not smoking.
We help you do them consistently, and we measure whether they're working.
Questions about the longevity programme
Which blood tests are included?
The baseline panel usually covers a full blood count, cholesterol and lipids, HbA1c (average blood sugar), kidney and liver function, thyroid function, vitamin D and iron stores. Your doctor may add or remove tests based on your history. Tests are done at a pathology lab near you and billed by the lab.
Do you sell anti-ageing treatments?
No. The things with the best evidence for ageing well are less exciting than injections: keeping muscle, sleeping well, managing blood pressure and blood sugar, staying active and not smoking. We help you do them consistently, and measure whether they're working.
I already have a long-term condition. Can I join?
Yes. Keep your current doctor involved, and bring a list of your medicines to your first consult. With your permission, your BettaHabit doctor can share a summary with your regular doctor.
How often will I see a doctor?
At the start, after your blood results, and then every three months. You can book an extra consult whenever you need one.
